Hiking is super woke in the Seattle area. They even had to make special shuttle buses for hikers because there are so fucking many of them now. Hiking up Mt Sai or Rattlesnake ledge is now the same as bar hopping in Belltown, a shit show.

One positive thing that has come out the shutdown is bringing families back together. So many people have said, and I've read them say, that they started having meals together, playing board games, cookouts, playing outside in the sprinklers, things that were NORMAL when I was growing up in the 70's and 80's.
People have seen that they don't need the next Marvel movie. They don't need hours of homework to learn. They don't need their kids to be in a gazillion extracurricular activities.
I hope this rediscovery of the family dynamic stays.
