make gender dysphoria (GD) a gender idendity disorder (GID) again

from wikipedia:

The diagnostic label gender identity disorder (GID) was used until 2013 with the release of the DSM-5. The condition was renamed to remove the stigma associated with the term disorder.[5]

It's the textbook definition of a disorder.

Order = recognizing the two sexes that have been part of biological science for hundreds of millions of years

Disorder = claiming without irony that the XY chromosome pair in every cell of your body is really an XX, in flagrant denial of science

Science is one thing, it's flagrant denial of reality

But it's just an X chromosome that's not all there!

So, medicine and science are about feeelings, not, you know, science.

Good to know.

Exactly. That's why we have a reproducibility crisis. Modern science is a joke.

If I stigmatize gravity, will physics textbooks insist the theory of gravitation doesn't belong in physics?

...I meant that as a sarcastic side-comment, but now that I think about it, I'd better not, just in case, 'cause they might just actually do that.

This entire "stigma" concept is ridiculous.

We shouldn't rename medical terms because they hurt peoples' feelings.
