By the story: "[Critics] said the new regulation would undermine access to abortions..."

I'm just like... Wut? Females can have abortions. Males are not able to. Not in a legality speaking, but in a physicality speaking. If a female identifies as a woman or a man, ultimately doesn't matter for "abortion access". They're overtly lying in the story in some way. The only people possibly restricted access to abortions via affirming that gender==sex would be people who are male identifying as women... Who can't get pregnant and therefore would never need one anyways? Are there transwomen going to get abortions, using insurance and healthcare dollars, just for funsies when they can't even get pregnant? I honestly don't get this complaint.
