It will probably turn out to be nothing. Presumably, the IRS has has all of this documentarion (plus oodles more) going back to the time he was close to being a zygote. If the IRS didn't see fit to nail him for anything -- sure as all hell there is nothing there to be nailed for.
However...inuendo is another matter altogether. You can slander someone up the kazoo with inuendo without producing a single piece of actual evidence and get the whole country to buy it (Russia!Russia!) This is just the next phase of their long "much ado about nothing" anti-Trump campaign.
