It's because we don't live in a capitalist society because our government is so insanely totalitarian and socialist already. Some disgusting mutant beast of regulations and corruption fueled monopolies in a fake capitalist society with a uni-party swamp only looking out for their own personal interest at best.
We already share the cost of everyone's insane sloth and gluttony via health insurance, medicare, social security, etc. No one saves and we all happily march into debt to the banks and dump it into the "market" if we are lucky. Not to mention the insane tax burden on our "free" capitalist society/ everything is so fucked and convoluted the only people it punishes are the people trying to crawl out of the bottom and middle class. Yeah it's possible but everything is setup to get us to fail.
We not only need all this endless over the top complicated tomes of laws destroyed and simplified but need cultural revolution terribly.

Nazis are a mix between socialism and capitalism, the guy who coined the term fascism, Benito Mussolini, literally called it corporatism.
