We already share the cost of everyone's insane sloth and gluttony via health insurance, medicare, social security, etc. No one saves and we all happily march into debt to the banks and dump it into the "market" if we are lucky. Not to mention the insane tax burden on our "free" capitalist society/ everything is so fucked and convoluted the only people it punishes are the people trying to crawl out of the bottom and middle class. Yeah it's possible but everything is setup to get us to fail.
