Let me tell you what happened. It is easier to saturate a heavily populated area with ads then rural areas. Not to mention that they name the ballot measures things like "the Saving People Money on Healthcare Act." Then they obfuscate facts in the fine print. People see this on the ballot and they think it is a good thing because rural areas tend to be casual voters. They have to drive longer to get to a polling location. I have to drive 13 miles to get to mine. MO isn't a total shit show. Parsons still got more primary votes than Galloway. I am pretty sure MO will remain red. On another note. MO needs to stop this ballot measure shit. Pass laws. Don't let big cities vote their shit on us. Maybe make it 60% majority to win. Not just 51%. I think if it turns out to suck, we can ballot measure it off. I am not sure how that works.
