Has the NRA ever pushed back on any real gun control recently? Like successfully pushed to get more gun rights type of thing. They seem like grifters to me.
The REAL problem is the Supreme Court refuses to hear 2A cases. Meaning states are able to merrily infringe on firearms ownership knowing it won't ever get ruled on if challenged.
The NRA sucks but the Supreme Court is worse. They won't even admit that the 2nd Amendment should fall under Strict Scrutiny because they're just as corrupt and power thirsty as the politicians.
They refuse to hear them because conservative justices realize Robert's will swing the vote against the 2nd amendment, so I have read. Who determines whether a case is heard?
