we have trees in within our own intelligence agencies. just needs to stop. They conduct witch hunts on their political opponents and then urge their members to obstruct legitimateinvestigationss into their alliess

the entirety of the FBI doj and CIA needs to be purged. anybody with an I'm with her bumper sticker needs to be fired. anybody who is posted on social media against Trump needs to be fired.. anybody who shared CNN links on social media needs to be fired. there can be a zero tolerance policy. there must be a zero tolerance policy..

we're not talking about a political campaign. we're talking about the nation's top law enforcement. It needs a zero tolerance policy for insubordination and that includes members of these agencies actively attacking the presidentt

if Trump won't do it then we need someone who willl

49
bill_in_texas 49 points ago +49 / -0

Based on Crossfire Hurricane, you also don't have the right to resist a non legal and non legitimate DoJ investigation, either. The precedent is clear.

Toughsky_Shitsky 37 points ago +39 / -2

Andrew Weissmann .. along with former Defense Department special counsel Ryan Goodman [say] that U.S. Attorney John Durham's criminal inquiry into the Russia investigation and U.S. Attorney John Bash's investigation into "unmasking" requests by Obama administration officials targeting Trump associates show Barr is poised to "trample" written policy that no action be influenced by politics and an unwritten norm urging officials to defer publicly charging or taking any other overt investigative steps or disclosures that could affect a coming election.

They should see the Lynch/FBI/0bama Russia investigation that was meant to influence the 2016 election.

This bullshit from these lefty hacks comes because it has taken 3 1/2 years to out the truth.

Watch Billy Barr cave to this pressure.

10
PritzkersFatAss76 10 points ago +12 / -2

I really hope he doesn't.

13
Toughsky_Shitsky 13 points ago +20 / -7

Barr has already punted on 0bama and Biden (the top of the treasonous pyramid), and now Durham says that he will only be issuing a "report" sometime around the end of summer.

Same DC delay and obfuscate game that I've seen played out for 40+ years. It's no coincidence that Billy Barr has been firmly ensconced in the DC "justice" bureaucracy for 40 years .. Barr knows exactly how to run the "justice" scam.

Mueller's team has nothing to worry about.

4
aaafirefly123 4 points ago +5 / -1

I know I’m gonna get downvoted for this but I don’t want to see Obama go to jail.

I know full well that he deserves it but I do not want to see a President of the United States go to jail.

Arresting the FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT would set race relations back to even worse levels than they are now. And if you think the Floyd riots were bad just wait till you see the Obama riots, they will likely make 1968 look like a joke.

I will agree trying him, finding him guilty [thus destroying his name, reputation, and legacy], and then pardoning him {AND ONLY HIM}.

This would increase Trump’s black-appeal, Obama’s name, reputation, and legacy will be completely and irreversibly destroyed and he himself will live the rest of his life in disgrace, and we don’t have to start the list of US Presidents that went to jail.

Send everyone else to jail including Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden, but I think it would be in the nations best interest to pardon Obama.

And who knows maybe we can strike a deal where he gets a presidential pardon in return he rats everyone else out.

1
Toughsky_Shitsky 1 point ago +3 / -2

You are right.

.

.

DownJeb!

If we don't apply justice equally, then it should not be applied to anyone .. next stop, anarchy.

If we want an ordered society, we must be willing to gorge the sacred cows of first black preezy, if that preezy is a traitor .. which he is.

2
aaafirefly123 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand how you feel, but Aaron Burr committed treason and he was pardoned. Believe me I know that he deserves to go to jail and I’m not saying don’t punish him, but I don’t want to start the trend of arresting US Presidents.

If Nixon didn’t go to jail then neither should Obama.

Like I said he might be useful if we can strike a deal where he rats on everyone else in return for a pardon.

I’m willing to trade Obama if it means taking down Clinton.

If he refuses then he goes strait to jail.

0
Toughsky_Shitsky 0 points ago +2 / -2

I still think a traitor in the US Presidency needs to serve some time, no matter how many fellow scumbags he gives up.

How would you explain it to your kids, otherwise? How do you tell your kids that one person, at the highest level of our gummint, is above the law .. after he betrayed our country?

1
aaafirefly123 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would tell them that for the sake of national unity and for the good of the country we let 1 man go in order to imprison 100.

Also this is why I said he needs to be tried, convicted, and pardoned to show that he is not above the law.

1
TexasJack 1 point ago +2 / -1

What Barr said is that the investigation so far hasn't turned Obama or Biden into target. Nor is it likely to. Biden had no authority as VP and Obama is smart enough to not directly incriminate himself.

I'm not aware of Durham saying that he will only issue a report. If you have a source for that, please share it.

The facts are, Barr has whiffed on EVERY SINGLE criminal referral sent by Congress against Democrats. He was super excited about imprisoning Roger Stone for lying to Congress, but it's really weird how none of the proven coup participant liars, and none of the proven Kavanaugh liars who got neatly gift wrapped, already documented and researched criminal referrals went to indictment. I mean, not even one, not even by accident. What are the odds? We all SAW perjury happen! We saw it!

Indictments: ZERO.

And Barr specifically said 0bama and Biden weren't even going to be looked at. He told us that up front. Right off the bat. Nope, no need to even investigate them. I mean, it was perfectly OK to investigate Trump's 2nd grade choir teacher, and investigate the guy who made his taco bowls at Trump tower, to try and dig up dirt on Trump, but we most definitely won't be investigating anything that might soil the good names of 0bama and Biden. Not gonna do it.

Taking down Republican Governor John Rowland, FBI Special Agent John Connonlly. Overturning the murder convictions of of Enrico Tameleo, Joseph Salvati, Peter J. Okay, folks. Let's slow the roll on "obstruction of justice". This knobhead doesn't work for the DOJ anymore, he draws a paycheck from MSNBC. He can "urge" DOJ workers all he wants, he's in the private sector, his words hold no weight, and nobody in the DOJ has to pay him any mind. This is just a op ed piece that's just more nonsense from people with no power or oath of office for their conduct. He's a civilian. He can urge anything he wants, from the public.

"Justice Department employees," they wrote, "in meeting their ethical and legal obligations, should be well advised not to participate in any such effort."

Bill Barr: LOL.
