If the NRA has violated NY laws then that's one thing, but how does she figger she can petition to have them dissolved?
Full disclosure, I'm not a fanboy of the NRA, tho they have fought to defend the Second Amendment and managed a few other good deeds. Wayne Lapierre caused me to renounce my membership a couple decades ago, I've wanted him gone for a long time.
NY should be careful, we'd probably be better off with those NRA donations going to GOA anyway.
