I thought the same at first on this one but now I get it. They are being forced to sanitize like every hour or more. This makes it easier to clean and less likely to damage the key pad.
Ya I have had to reel it in a bit. Have to remind myself that they are just doing a job. But I am still sad that no one is standing up to this blatant bullshit.
It's like Target putting mirrors by the face masks so you can try them on to help pick the one you like.
