The UK is a wash. There is no grassroots effort to trial HCQ fairly (with ZINC), maybe they put something in the water there. The mere fact that this article quotes the RECOVERY trial HCQ in 6 August paints this BBC reporter as clueless. That trial is now under scandal for giving some of the most lethal (not just high, lethal) doses on record. It really is a simple 'tell' when anyone mentions RECOVERY/UK/Oxford HCQ arm now. Evidently the reporter's source is evil or stupid.

In itself this is good news. It was probably a sabotaged trial with (no ZINC, excessive dose, too late treatment). What is tragic is the failure to launch a proper trial.
