The Minneapolis Star and Sickle newspaper has been running "articles" saying there is a challenger against Omar. They are trying to annoint the replacement, who is likely a pawn/plant just like Omar. The articles do not stress they are talking about a primary challenge. So they are saying "you want change? vote for this guy". (since they know Omar is tainted beyond belief)
The writing is on the wall. They'd rather have her replaced by primary than by the federal indictment they know is coming. Giving themselves a level of deniability. They're not stupid, they're conniving marxists who regret getting into bed with the wrong slut.

My neighbors (in MPLS) are white, liberal, late 30s. You can't tell the female from the male counterpart- they look identical. They never leave the house, but crept out to place Ilhan signs all over their yard. I'm dying to ask them to name one accomplishment she has made thus far. Just one! People here vote for whoever will give them the most diversity cred. What an embarrassment.
I lived in South Minneapolis up until about ten months ago. The Somali community is not unanimously endorsing Ilhan Omar. There's quite a few Somalis who don't like her adultery and divorcing her husband. Some of them think she's a liar and is a bad Muslim. Her family is on the brink of being ostracized by certain segments of the Somali community.
Sadly I don’t see it making much of a difference. She will have so much outside money and the mail in ballots on her side. Plus if she didn’t have a job anymore what would her Ex-husband/brother do. Also her current boyfriends company would go bankrupt If she couldn’t launder campaign contributions through him.
