That's currently what it is. My friends has a convicted rapist living in her house that she cannot evict. He's threatened to kill her and she tried to get a restraining order to get him out and the courts basically said that due to no evictions, she would need to leave the house, not him....total bullshit!
They aren’t fighting him as much as trying to work in pet projects into the bill. He will go around them if they won’t drop the extra curricular nonsense.
