I live in Commiefornia, and I feel the need to get a firearm more by the day. Any recommendations for a good home defense weapon? I'm looking at getting some type of pistol and want to know what would be a good starter. Keep in mind I am limited to CA roster.

Handgun used to I would recommend a revolver, it is still a good choice for a lot of reasons. Now I swing more to the ole Glock 19. Not partial to Glocks myself but it is prob the most popular handgun in the USA. 9mm ammo is also everywhere.
