Hello Pedes!

This is a topic fairly important to our hardworking busy industrious society enhancing working members of the community.
I have noticed over the last 5 years high paying jobs, especially in Tech and Finance have been increasingly 'woke', meritocracy seems to be going to the wayside in favor for promoting the loudest complainers and most woke individuals. Forced diversity programs, the soft racism of lower expectations, and political affiliation seems to be running amok- especially among the highest paying jobs in the US today. A class system exists within the liberal coastal elite that is also sometimes hard to break into, sometimes a helping hand from a fellow Pede could be the ticket to break through the barriers.

I think it would be a great time to air out our grievances and come together to offer advice and recommendations to other Pedes that may be looking for a job change, and some potential companies to seek out. I've already applied to every relevant position that Goya has posted.

I'll begin- I am in Quantitative Finance, have started my own trading company and am relatively happy to be out of the woke culture that some firms have adopted, but being ever vigilant I keep my eyes open for new opportunities and for a variety of reasons may have to go back to the career world shorty.
