Looks like that sign might be encroaching on the highway median right of way. It will be interesting if the bait shop gets a visit from the MI highway department after this goes viral.
You may be right ... but out that way in Arenac county there are many Trump flags along the road ... even places with Trump and Gadsden flags. So the Sheriff might not be too eager to enforce an ordinance on encroachment. He might just take a picture too :)
