Someone should build a website that has a Joe Biden Sound Board. You press the button but it just says random words. Could have a Joe Biden Translator too. Type text and it just swaps all the words for unintelligible shit.

I was looking for one of these last night....... Every board I found had odd clips of Joe Biden stating policy's and such. We should get a list of the sayings, get the audio, and make it happen. I'll start it off.

I don't think you understand the premise here my guy. These would work if when you pressed play it was just some babbling nonsense. Press button for word > babble comes out, like one of his interviews.
I'd say just press the suggested word on your phone twenty times, but the result would probably be far more coherent.
