Pelosi won't be POTUS. The House's term expires on January 3rd, the President's ends on January 20th. If we don't know the Presidential race results, we certainly won't know the House race results, either.

It will be like it was in Broward County. They see what ballots are taken in from registered voters and the miraculously find truck loads of ballots for the people that didn't vote.
They can just look at the return address on mail-in/absentee ballots, look at the historical voting trends for that precinct, and conveniently "lose" the ballots from that precinct if it leans too red for their tastes.
This is why Trump was talking about delaying the vote. Not because he wanted it but because they would all come out against delaying the vote and will not not be able to delay it now.
Democrat votes lost in the mail will not be counted.
