If I understand the law correctly. In the case of an undecided Presidential election, the Third in line takes command. Everything make sense now?

Pelosi won't be POTUS. The House's term expires on January 3rd, the President's ends on January 20th. If we don't know the Presidential race results, we certainly won't know the House race results, either.

The Demonrats are aiming for a full-blown constitutional crisis.
