It’s not a question of “still” if the video was there since 2016. They also host it on their website. I agree that new content platforms should be promoted, but YouTube is worth being one of the sites to post your videos to because you get accidental views and the url isn’t suspicious to normies.
Video services are a different ballgame than a social media site like reddit imo. If I, a viewer, go to bitchute or whatever, sure, there's some content. But most of the channels I follow on YouTube aren't posting there, which leaves the viewer two options- don't watch that content, or go back to YouTube. Because of this, it leads content creators to post to YouTube because that's where the people are. It's the same reason why cable TV even still exists at all. Cable TV has been objectively completely obliterated by the passage of time, it shouldn't exist- I personally don't have a cable subscription, but here we are, it's still a thing.
It would take a massive exodus from YouTube all at once. If a large number of big YouTube names left all at once to another site, it would make a huge impact. But that would require YouTubers not being complete idiots.
The technocracy is the enemy of the people, through and through. From the devices we use, their operating systems, their apps, they control all the information. There is no competition. They all collude to push the same agenda narrative and shape the political landscape. All while controlling how individuals can participate in society.
