This is far more noticeable when you see Congress exempting themselves from wearing a mask only when speaking- the exact opposite of its supposed medical purpose. Surgeons wear masks so they can keep their hands busy and so they don't infect openly compromised patients. Masks have no place in the public sphere.
And riddle me this: if masks are supposed to be worn in case you cough or sneeze, how many people in the US would continue to wear their mask after they cough or sneeze into it? It's disgusting and completely unhealthy for the individual wearing it.
