Ted Wheeler was fraudulently installed in office as mayor of Portland in 2016 by the state Democrat party and against the will of the people of Portland. They're about to fraudulently reelect him. It is any surprise that he is unpopular? Rigging elections is the act of forcing unpopular candidates on the general public, popular candidates don't need to cheat because they win naturally.
