Have no idea the context but 100% far better than the one I linked because they didn't KILL HER. I understand less lethal restraints when aggressive postures are taken. Plus she wasn't hands down heading to lay down on the ground when they attacked her. She came aggressively via posture and got restrained NON LETHALLY.

Imagine she in her house, was in the act of putting it on the ground, and laying down with the other hand up. There's no similarity here.
