I'm not sure how mail-in & absentee ballots are working in each and every state, county, and city, but my question is: if there would be no poll booths/locations in your area, is it possible for you to mail your mail-in ballot in a different locality?
Let me clarify, using California's 2016 results (the northern counties) as an example: both Trinity and Del Norte counties went to Trump, while the nearby Mendocino and Humboldt counties went to Clinton. Given that the Democrats have shown, repeatedly, their willingness to cheat by various means (ballot harvesting, illegals casting votes), if four crate-loads of ballots came from Trinity and Del Norte, chances are a crate or two would be "misplaced", while the crates from Mendocino and Humboldt are more likely to be counted in full. If the residents of Trinity and Del Norte were to fill out their ballots, per the instructions, went to a drop-off point in Mendocino and Humboldt and cast their ballots, would it be legal, per local/state laws? If yes, is it a feasible way to combat ballot harvesting if the vote-counters were to think that this county or that county was "a solid win" for the Democrats?
