I used to watch some sports, also NHL. I don't believe hockey is based like some people want to say. Half those guys in the league don't speak English and 2/3rds of them aren't Americans. I refuse to believe they are mostly MAGA.
Diehard hockey fan (go Blues!) my entire life. Majority aren't even American, but they came here and got rich. Then kneel to our anthem but stand for the Canadian anthem. Fuck them and the league. Hockey was a mini vacation I took a few times a week, the soiled it with this bullshit. I won't watch a single game this year and potentially again, I'm tired of everything being politicized.
The NBA had around $2billion of taxpayer assistance.
