Are they drinking it because they want to get drunk from it or did the media scare them into thinking they had some deadly disease that only drinking hand sanitizer could cure?

That’s why i am not afraid to say “they deserve to die”

Stupid is what a stupid does. .

If it was babies ok, then i would feel bad. But 10 years old and above?? Fuck that you were meant to die.

This used to be a common occurrence. Stupid people did stupid things and died from it. Medical science has progressed to the point where we're actually hindering ourselves by saving everyone that intentionally does stupid things. I don't want to live in Idiocracy but we're getting there by not letting Darwin play out.

I work in the OTC/cosmetic industry. This pisses me off so much.

It says on the bottle: for external use only. Along with other warnings.

What cheap asses buy hand sanitizers to get drunk off from? Because that seems to be the case. Manufacturers purposefully make the alcohol unfit for consumption. Plus methanol is typically used to denature ethanol which is why it says not to ingest the product.

Honestly, companies should just stop buying from manufacturers in Mexico because they are the main perpetrators of using methanol as an active ingredient. Which these “journalists” fail to mention. Most manufacturers in the US make sure the amount of methanol is nearly negligible by percent volume/weight.

Didn’t Trump say that hydroxychloroquine and zinc is a promising treatment? Isn’t that kind of irresponsible when people can confuse this for drinking hand sanitizer?
