Technically he can suspend it for 6 months then once he is re-elected he can forgive the repayment. That’s probably his plan. Legally, it would be challenged in the courts to do it more than once and so it probably isn’t worth it. Just use it and get out instead of abusing it and wasting every one’s time

Genius idea. He can use that as leverage going up to election day. Every working class american will now have their vote representing a direct financial interest. If you vote for trump, you get to keep all that money you would have normally paid in taxes. For normies this will cut deep because they all will ask why their paycheck is higher and once they're told that they have to repay the money if Trump loses.....they won't vote for Biden. Money talks folks.

If they’re made to understand that last point. Media lies. And people are stupid.

The left has all these idiots clamoring to tax the wealthy more so much that they forgot that they could just vote to tax themselves less. Of course that hasn't been a real option in a long while due to RINOs, but now they'll get a taste.

If the Fed wants to keep churning out all this BS funny money and pretend MMT is real, then why the hell shouldn't Trump take advantage of it while he can?

I seem to remember hearing Obama say “Debt doesn’t matter.”

The law is pretty clear. Roberts would have a hard time defending such a dumb position. Heck, you might even get a liberal to vote for its defense. Happens

He just voted for casinos over churches, so I wouldn't put anything past him.
