Most people don’t even know the employers pay that. It’s not like you accept a job at $12/hr including employer payroll tax. It’s an employer tax not an employee tax. Why shouldn’t they keep it?

Actually I just realize you don’t know that the employee pays 7.65% AND the employer pays 7.65% as well.
It's not free money. It's MY money. And YOUR money we get to keep in our paychecks. Sweet.
