The difference could be made with sales, luxury, import, export, tariff taxes along the way. Not saying this will close the gap completely, there would have to be reduced spending at the government level. All the foreign aid needs to be reigned in. That's a significant portion of our budget and there is no accountability on how that money is used. Send them goods and food no more cash.
