Dave is 65 and it takes him an hour to do something it takes me 5 minutes to do.

I've complained about that to my boss but Dave does a good job and does it right. Dave just takes a really long time and I can do 2x-3x more work a day depending on how busy it is. But Dave will always make way more than me because he's been there for decades and maxed out how much he can make which will take me a long time to reach.
