Rigging election couldn't be called nationwide. But Pelosi's district could be called. Not saying she is gonna win, but it is downtown San Francisco.

State legislatures send electors to vote in electoral college in December.

If no candidate has a majority when votes are done, then in january the house votes on who is to be president, and the senate votes on who is VP.

Note: if the house votes is 1 vote per state, so only 26 states would need vote for Trump for him to be Re Elected.

The people who made the constitution put a great deal of thought and debate into this whole process
