I checked with my post office. I was told letters from America are heavily backed up. The chance I will get my absentee ballet is highly unlikely. If I get my absentee ballet, sending it back to the states to arrive in time is even more unlikely. Fuck China Edit: I forgot to mention I live in Japan.

I wouldn't be able to get a flight. I also called the embassy and they can do nothing. Japan is in panic mode. Letters and packages are going in and out but at a very slow rate. I could easily miss the election. Brother if I get the ballot, i'm sending it out.
