Yeah, we keep saying this and yet we keep seeing it happen. I’d say the day is quickly approaching where these people will be allowed to drag you out of your car, shoot you multiple times while the police stand immobile.

Couldn't Trump pardon those people? That would send a strong message.
I am guessing he likes to see these armed peaceful protestors though since a) it's hard to say they are peaceful and have people believe it and b) no one feels sympathy for these guys.
If they were just marching and singing and carrying candles and someone mows them down they would actually get some public sympathy. These look more like scenes from some 3rd world country.
We who back the Blue will do so only so long as they act in our interests.
Once the police consistently indicate they will allow the rioters full reign and arrest all who defend themselves, then I hate to say this: the police then become part of the problem, and Average Joe American has no recourse BUT to regard police as the enemy.
As it is with producing, so it is with law-abiding: once it is clearly demonstrated there is no advantage in participating, people stop participating.
