Hmm not a lawyer but if you are blocked in by men wearing a mask and brandishing firearms is that not an implicated hostile action?
Seems to me as a participant in several 2A rallies the number one rule is hands off the weapon unless the mags out or it is slung and pointed at the ground. This does not include the low ready position which these jackass pro...rioters are doing.
I took a look at Indiana law and you can't use a gun in self defense while committing crimes. I imagine you can't even possess one either if you're committing a crime, such as blocking the road illegally.
Looks like plenty of justification to shoot to me. Don't know Indiana's laws on reasonable routes of retreat but if it's a stand your ground state then pew pew.

Also roads are for cars.
and bikes. But not antifa.
Odd way to spell "speed bump", but OK...
They identify as large speed bumps if this photo is to be believed.
You are correct, and these people should be shot immediately for brandishing in a hostile manner. There are numerous crimes happening in that photo.
Thank you.

Kidnapping.
Felony false imprisonment?
fourth amendment violation, illegal siezure
Yes, but as laws do, they call it something else.
Per Indiana Code §35-42-3-3 it is called criminal confinement
more so than Amaud Arbery

IC 35-41-3-2 sec 2 sub sections a-c or so, no duty to retreat and it extends to your vehicle.
