The batteries also require fans to run on them constantly in very hot weather like you get in, oh I dunno AUSTIN, so having a Tesla in Texas is, shall we say: stupid?
Agreed but I am especially floored by people in south Texas having them considering how they constantly have to run to keep the batteries from overheating! Can I pay 100k for a car that I can never turn off that requires a lengthy charge (thanks to the lack of “quick charge” sites, which still takes a half hour).
Electric motors have better power curves at lower rpms. Helps you floor it faster.
Just dont stop for them in the first place and you dont have to worry about acceleration at all. Physics = fun.
Maximum torque at 0 rpm
MAGNETS
Too bad batteries have shit weight to power and cant handle winter weather.

Having a Tesla anywhere is stupid.

Electric is shiite.
I'm not saying it was superior. I'm just pointing out differences.
The Internal Combustion Engine (for all it's faults even) is still king.
