How are these boat parades organized... I'm just wondering how the boaters all know when/where. Ya'll got signs at the docks or do people walk around with flyers putting them under the wipers of the boats?
There’s one today on the Diversion Canal/Amite River in based Livingston Parish, LA. Wish I was there. But how long until John Bel Edwards bans these events?

There were two American flags the America one was the highest all others a bit lower.
