The local Tractor Supply Co. had a sign in their window that facemasks were necessary for entrance (no mask/no service). So, I went in maskless in any case (which I do everywhere), for you see, I called corporate and asked about TS Co.'s policy on masks, and they said there wasn't any policy in-place that required customers to wear a facemask (N95 or otherwise). Likewise neither my town, county or state (LFoD NH) has such a policy. So, when the clerk at the register asked me to leave after refusing to don a mask, I told the clerk/cashier politely that I called corporate and they denied the policy, and if she wished to pursue it, I asked her to get the manager and I would tell him the same. Then I continued my shopping, and to my great pleasure, a tall drink of water in (I would guess his sixties) and a younger fit woman (early 30ish) both took off their masks! I smiled all the way home. KAG

My state requires everyone to wear a mask. I don’t wear one. If a store employee asks me to leave, then I leave and don’t come back. By now, I’ve found the places that don’t ask me to leave and I only go in those stores. I’ll likely never go back to the other places ever
This is exactly what I do. There are many places that have the sign but won’t enforce it. Those places that do enforce I will no longer give my business.
This is how it works, us setting the example and others WILL follow.
How do I know? I’ve directly inspired no less than 5 people to take their masks off over the last month, they see one person willing to buck the bullshit and they fee emboldened to follow!
Good shit OP
I am more interested in the retailer policy like Walmart, Krogger, types. I don't drive tractor that your cool job have you drive.
Tractor Supply isn’t just for people that drive tractors. They have all kinds of good stuff in there. It’s like a big farm and hardware store with a mixture of other things
Harbor Freight told me to leave for not wearing a mask, (I'm also in the great LFoD state) I called corporate and they assured me it's their POLICY...however if I explain that I have a medical condition then they will let me in.
I clapped.
So, you're saying that you contacted Walmart's corporate offices too?
Not sure why we care whether others wear masks or not? Freedom means they can do whatever the hell they want, and you can do whatever the hell you want. Don't force your shit on others...you become as bad as what we're fighting.
I didn't force anything on anyone else.
I investigated the company's policy, and behaved according to how I desired within that framework. I neither told and certainly didn't force anyone else to do ANYTHING. The other two customers overheard my conversation with the clerk/cashier and made their own choice. I did not care whether they did or did not wear masks. Reread the post, you've read something into this that is not there.
