For each of the four vertices, perform one of the following operations (a through d), using each operation exactly once: center a circle of radius (a) 0.5x or (b) 0.25x on the vertex and delete the circle and the intersecting portion of the original shape; position a circle of radius (c) 0.33x or (d) 0.9x such that the two lines forming the vertex are tangent to the circle, delete the smaller portion of the original shape which does not intersect the circle, and then remove the circle.
