If I had to hazard a guess i'd say China is trying to interfere in trumps favor. Believe it or not within the CCP, trump is actually the favored candidate. Nancy Pelosi is trying to get voter ID banned. So why would they try to get 20,000 I.D's into the U.S unless it was to vote against the Democrats?
