I feel this is a strong arm tactic with atleast some built in protections...
The majority of funds will come from unused money from 1st stimulus in short term.
A lawsuit coming to slow this down and its political move they don't want President yo get credit for stepping out and helping people and country.
They parties both sides don't want to be left holding bag on this second stimulus so they will have to come back and continue to work on a package the dems want that 600 unemployment now if they sit they won't get it and if they do that many will be like see yall are okay with 400 why did you fight so long other then for silly slush money
Payroll tax cuts for 100k or less are okay in short term I believe it will save me about 150-200 a paycheck Im still working and have a stable job I will see that I use that money to spur local economy and help and if others do the same it will be beneficial for country and president.
The Holiday season is coming up we will see boosts to employeement naturally and if people are out spending it will will drive that # up
