I don't hear anyone asking "How can the government possibly survive a payroll tax freeze?"

I question why we even have a payroll tax.

Learn how to do your taxes . I have my children enrolled in private school but I still pay tax on public school so I deduct the total amount per each child and if the government doesn't like it they can go fuck themselves . Been doing it for 9 years without any issue . Not saying I won't have to go to court over it at some point but I refuse to pay for crotch spawn public schools because I don't use them . Same with public libraries, etc . I don't use them so I won't pay for them . Even if you have children in public schools you should still deduct the free jogger breakfast/lunch program if you already feed your children!

Assuming you are not lying, you have giant fucking balls of steel. Good for you.

To clarify though, you take the total cost of your ENTIRE kid(s) education, via private school, and deduct that from your taxes as a whole?

I would love whatever other details you could possibly send, it's very interesting, but honestly you probably shouldn't.

The problem with this is that you are hurting the kids, not the parents or the school. Libraries benefit the whole community, and are sometimes the only way families have access to books or computers. There is a middle ground between communist “give me everything free” and feral “fend for yourself” anarchy, and somewhere in that middle is a neighborhood school and a community library, and a safety net for the worst off. Do you think a child deserves to be hungry or denied access to books or technology just because their dad is an absent piece of shit and their mom is ignorant and lazy? Of course, the best way would be birth control or abstinence, and some would argue for abortion. The “crotch spawn” as you put it still arrive though. Is it better to let them suffer, or pay a few mils into the community so they can get something to eat? I have mixed feelings on why all of this should be a public school problem, but here we are. Compassion is not communism.

My car? It's my commercial vehicle.

Food? Mentioned literally anything work related and write half that off.

Home office? Write off a percentage of your mortgage.

Phone? Obviously a write off, you can't do business without it.

You can find a way to write off damn near anything, but your P & L is gonna show some major expenses. Which is whatever. It's up to you.

It's still America, you do as you please.

Amen, but if you get a W-2 from Burger King and itemize your deductions without a side business in your name it might look a bit dodgy.

Not everyone works in an industry where they can write their automobile off. But if you do work in one that typically does itemize and take the standard deduction anyway you're an idiot that is leaving money on the table.

I've seen it done by people that are too risk averse and government-fearing.

It’s about TOTAL receipts, more money to ppl and biz means more spending and investment and more TOTAL tax collected. And more jobs and opportunity for everyone

But I agree they should address this explicitly

Do you advocate for cutting or eliminating SS/Medicare?

based_retard 2 points ago +4 / -2

they are literally 66% of our debt. They must go and be replaced with a market alternative

The reason SS/Medicare works is because it's large enough to weather economic storms in such a way that individual investments never can for 99.9% of people. This is an absolutely terrible thing to do. They were created because our injured and elderly were in the streets. There is no safe market alternative.

It's an absolutely retarded idea to remove such a large chunk of money from the economy, creating an environment where people fear spending money because they now have to save every cent against medical bills and old age. No velocity of capital = dead economy.

You would think they would be happy about it, since they seem to be out protesting for that outcome
