I know the Russia hoax thing. Just making a political observation about US midterm election trend for the president's party to lose seats in Congress.

It is a bit of disadvantage compared to a parliamentary system (not saying that the system is better, just different). It just means Americans need to keep up the rally and not just sit back upon winning 1 presidential election. The voter mindset has to change and realise this.
