But, what's done is done, and while payments are technically suspended for covid relief.... that 0% interest still has me throwing cash at that principle while I can take advantage of it!
yea its rough... but bear in mind, when u slash that principle, it recalculates the interest payment, and the monthly payment will go down when it restarts.
however.. if u are buying a house... good market to buy for a easy mortgage.
