Yeah, I think they are rewarded well to do this, or viciously hounded out of their jobs if they don't, it really seems so phoney sometimes. In guess the ones with any integrity walked away already, and we're stuck with these worms.

I agree. I think they've been trained and practice on how to treat people disrespectfully and make them feel "one down", and come out looking like the winner. Their tactics are just a one-on-one version of Alinsky's Rules. Same thing they do day in and day out, only on a smaller scale.
