No helmet needed if there’s nothing to protect.

And the mask also inhibits incoherent rambling. Win-win for pedojoe campaign managers.

I never wore a helmet when I rode my bike. Never saw the point in it. I broke my wrist around 5 or 6 when I wrecked my bike and still didn't wear a helmet after that. Getting bruises and cuts is part of a boys growing up. We play in dirt. We break alotta shit. And we normally don't follow the rules.

Granted I'm a grown man now and haven't rode a bike in probably 18 or 19 years. And the older you get the more at risk you are of serious Injury from falling or wrecking. Still wouldn't wear a helmet though...live free or die trying.

I used to never wear a helmet until I crashed badly and could've really used one. Now I wear them. Although, especially on a motorcycle, no helmet is amazing, everyone should try it once, but not too many times.

I can understand wearing one on a motorcycle. That makes perfect sense when your cruising at 40-60 mph and actually need one for that. But not a bicycle imo. Or maybe I could be wrong. An older person may want to take the extra precaution and wear one to reduce risk of cranial harm. I still wouldn't. But then again I'm not gonna be riding a bicycle when Im 70 either lol.

I wear one when im on motorcycles specifically because growing up I had a 4wheeler and I launched myself off that thing one too many times and even once smacked my head straight into the trunk of a large bush. If I didn't have a helmet I probably wouldn't have just gotten up and walked away like nothing even happened. I never wore them on bikes though. Could be a mistake. I guess it depends on how violent of a bicyclist you are

I didn't think I was that violent, but then the ground attacked me. I also know a guy who does some extreme downhill mountainbiking stuff I'd never attempt, like jumps or drops. But he was drunk biking home at night on a sidewalk, no helmet, very slow crash over the handlebars --> hospital for days.

No doubt I saw a YouTube video of a drunk guy riding an electric scooter home and he almost went headfirst into a curb. It can happen

It was a funny comment though. Wasn't expecting that. Credit where it is due

The mask is to muffle his voice so he cant reply to the media. Unfortunately that plan failed.

Lack of a helmet, is there anything between his his ears worth protecting & saving.

I'm thinking the mask would really help a body-double fool the camera.

Wow so much fitness! Any babies go missing recently?

A head injury could only be helpful at this point.

The mask and aviators makes the body double less obvious.

His fucking head would probably bounce off of hard objects at this point.

I wonder if he could find his way back home if he was biking alone

"So, I don't know if I ought to go sailing down no hill with nothing between the ground and my brain but a piece of government plastic."

"You really think it matters Joe?"

"Well, see the plate runs right underneath the part here. See, over here, nothing. But, here if this gets dented, then my hair just ain't going to look right."
