Last time I was pulled over I made my hands visible and let the officer know I had a permit and a weapon on my person, “How would you like to proceed, sir?” He appreciated me letting him know, and we both lived to tell about it.
Again, that doesn’t make what happened any better. Tragic situation could have been avoided entirely if neighbor twat had just sacked up and asked them to hold the noise down...it’s possible to do that and be polite.
