Watch the video. Although it doesn't have sound, you can see the old lady making a comment as the other woman passes. The old lady doesn't pursue the younger woman to press her point and doesn't get in her face. It is the younger woman who comes back and gets in the face of the older lady.

If she had stopped there or moved away after making her point, the younger woman would be in the right. She didn't. She continued to intimidate the older woman. The older woman held the cane out to put some distance between them. She didn't jab at or swing at the younger woman.

The younger woman then physically assaulted the older woman. Watch the video again. It is as clear as day. The older woman was a bitch if she made rude comments to the younger woman for not wearing a mask. That doesn't justify physically assaulting someone. The younger woman is the coffee lady.
