You can make an ID with a burner or anonymous email. Eventually you have to verify your phone number, but you can delete the phone number after a few days.

Socratic Method is the only thing that works on them. You must ask seemingly innocuous questions of them, pretending that you are really trying to learn. When they try to answer, they will quip a few (what's the term?) talking points that they've heard but, eventually will have to look something up.... it works pretty well.

You are doing God's work. I wish I somehow got along with twitter, but it just never works out. I will give you a tip - dont focus on facts all the time, focus on their own insecurities. It is very easy to trigger them, and sometimes they might even see the truth, if only momentarily.
