I really don't think the lefties & the SC (and specifically that turncoat John Roberts) truly foresaw the absolute can of whoopass they opened up on themselves when setting this precedent.
Now President Trump has legal standing to make some powerful executive orders when congress members are being obstructionist, pocket-padding jack-wagons.
It sounds like they're using the leftover funds from the previous China coronavirus stimulus, which is the same thing he did when he was allowed to use military funds to build the wall. This is, without a doubt, a national emergency and if he's allowed to build a wall, he's allowed to do this.
This is how you fight. Hold them to their own rules.
